Refund Policy and Service Termination Policy

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products or services sold through any of YSP Solutions' platforms. All bookkeeping service contracts are based on a 12-month term. Early termination requires a minimum of 60 days' written notice, and the remaining balance of the contract must be paid in full. At the end of your annual contract term, if you do not provide written notice of cancellation within 45 days of your contract term's annual date, your contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months at the standard rate.
